Stamping background | Fondo estampado

Hello there! It's me, Cha! For this week, I created a beautiful background using the Hero Arts's MMH kit - September 2018 (Chinese Lantern Plant) and the Textured Leaves stamp set. I also used stamping, heat embossing, and watercolor coloring technique to highlight the stamping. 

¡Hola a todos! ¡Soy Cha! Para esta semana he creado un bonito fondo utilizando el kit de Hero Arts del mes de septiembre 2018 (Chinese Lantern Plant) y el set de sellos Textured Leaves. También utilicé las técnicas de estampación, embossing caliente y coloración con acuarelas para resaltar las imágenes estampadas. 

For creating this colored background, I decided to stamp the Chinese lantern plant from the kit with Versamark ink. Then, I embossed the images with some gold embossing powder and heat set it. Later, I stamped some leaves using an acrylic block, the Hero Arts' Textured Leaves and, also, other small images from the kit. I stamped all these images using Hero Arts dye inks and some Hero Arts inks from past kits - cup o'joe, butter bar, mulled wine, radioactive red, orange soda, tangerine, fiesta yellow, pumpkin pie, moss, apple green. When I finished stamping all the images, I decided to color the Chinese lantern plant with some watercolors that came with this kit, Daniel Smith watercolors - permanent orange, isoindoline yellow, pyrrol scarlet, mummy bauxite, sap green.

Para crear este fondo coloreado, decidí estampar la planta china del kit principal con la tinta Versamark. Añadí los polvos de embossing dorados sobre las imágenes y, a continuación, los sequé con la pistola de calor. Más tarde, estampé algunas hojas utilizando una base de metacrilato, el set de sellos de Hero Arts - Textured Leaves y, también, algunas imágenes más pequeñas del kit principal. For the sentiment, I decided to stamp the quote from the kit using Versafine onyx black ink and I decided to stamp it several times because my background was so textured in this time. For multiple stamping, I used the Tim Holtz travel stamp platform. 

Para la frase, decidí estampar la frase del kit utilizando Versafine onyx black y decidí estamparla varias veces ya que el fondo tenía demasiada textura. Para estampar varias veces en la misma área, utilicé la plataforma de estampación de viaje de Tim Holtz. 

For finishing touches, I colored some dots on the spots on the background with a gold gel pen and I gave some shimmer to the Chinese plants - NUVO Midas touch. 

Para los toques finales, coloreé algunos puntos en los huecos del fondo blanco con un bolígrafo o lapicero de gel dorado y le dí brillo a las plantas chinas - NUVO Midas touch.

Finally, I assembled this card on a black notecard. 

Finalmente, monté la tarjeta en una base negra para tarjeta.

For Americans, I highly recommend the Wagner heat tool from Hero Arts. I cannot use this tool because I live outside of the States and this tool cannot be used internationally due to the electrician requirements that are not the same for all the continents. No possible for use with outlet adapters.

I use Artemio heat gun (available in Europe only).

Para los americanos, recomiendo la pistola de embossing de Hero Arts - Wagner. No puedo utilizar esta herramienta porque vivo fuera de los EEUU y es incompatible debido a los requisitos eléctricos que no son iguales para todos los continentes. Tampoco es posible utilizarse con un adaptador.
