Polychromos on dark cardstock | Polychromos en cartulina negra

Hello there! It's me, Cha! I've been recording some videos and the only thing that I have to do is to edit the videos so that I can publish them! So, stay tuned! I received the Hero Arts kit - My Monthly Hero kit September 2018 last week and I've been creating with this kit since then. For this card, I used some polychromos colored pencils on dark cardstock.

La semana pasada recibí el kit de Hero Arts del mes de septiembre de 2018 y he estado creando con este kit desde entonces. Para esta tarjeta, utilicé los lápices de colores de Faber Castell Polychromos en cartulina oscura. 

First, I stamped some images from the main kit - My Monthly Hero kit September 2018, using the Travel Stamp Platform and the Versafine onyx black ink. I used black cardstock. I colored the images with the white polychromos colored pencil first to try to intensify the colors, and then, I colored with different colors on top of the white coat. Then, I stamped again with the same ink and added some ultra fine embossing powder and heat set it. Later, I died cut the images with their coordinating dies with the Big Shot die cutting machine. 

Primero estampé algunas imágenes del kit principal - My Monthly Hero kit de septiembre de 2018, utilizando la plataforma de estampación de viaje de Tim Holtz y la tinta Versafine onyx black. Utilicé cartulina negra. Coloreé las imágenes con el lápiz de color blanco de los polychromos primero para intensificar los colores, y luego coloreé con diferentes colores sobre la capa blanca. Entonces, volví a estampar las imágenes con la misma tinta y añadí polvos de embossing ultra fine que más tarde sequé con la pistola de calor. Más tarde, troquelé las imágenes con los troqueles coordinados utilizando la máquina de troquelar Big Shot. 

For the background, I picked some white watercolor paper that I colored the top part with some watercolors. I mixed some colors - the one that came with the kit that is from Daniel Smith watercolor dot card and the Hero Arts liquid watercolors - dandelion. Finally, I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of my card with Versafine onyx black. 

Para el fondo, utilicé papel de acuarela que coloreé con acuarelas. Mezclé algunos colores - primero coloreé con una acuarela que vino con el kit que es de las acuarelas para probar de Daniel Smith y la acuarela líquida de Hero Arts - dandelion. Finalmente, estampé la frase en la parte inferior de la tarjeta con la tinta Versafine onyx black. 

I assembled this card gluing the elements on top of the background and then, I adhered the piece on a black folded card. To finish this card, I added some gold shimmer to the flowers and some Nuvo drops English Mustard to the background. 

Para montar la tarjeta pegué los elementos sobre el fondo y luego adherí la pieza a una base de tarjeta negra. Para finalizar la tarjeta, añadí toques dorados a las flores y añadí algunos puntos dimensionales al fondo utilizando el Nuvo Drops English Mustard.

For Americans, I highly recommend the Wagner heat tool from Hero Arts. I cannot use this tool because I live outside of the States and this tool cannot be used internationally due to the electrician requirements that are not the same for all the continents. No possible for use with outlet adapters.

I use Artemio heat gun (available in Europe only).

Para los americanos, recomiendo la pistola de embossing de Hero Arts - Wagner. No puedo utilizar esta herramienta porque vivo fuera de los EEUU y es incompatible debido a los requisitos eléctricos que no son iguales para todos los continentes. Tampoco es posible utilizarse con un adaptador. 

Utilizo la pistola de calor de Artemio (disponible solo para Europa)
