One Layer Card + Laquer Pen Dimension | Tarjeta en una Capa + Relieve con Pegamento (Lacquer Pen)

Hello there! It's me, Cha! Today I made an easy card and I think you are going to love it. For this card, I used the My Monthly Hero Kit August 2018, the Hero Arts Laquer Pen and the Hero Arts white puff embossing powder to give dimension to the card. The kit is sold out but there are many coffee and tea stamps set that you can try! 

¡Hola a todos! ¡Soy Cha! Hoy hice una tarjeta y pienso que les va a gustar mucho. Para esta tarjeta. utilicé el kit de agosto 2018 de Hero Arts, el pegamento dimensional de Hero Arts y los polvos de embossing white puff para dar relieve a la tarjeta. El kit ya está agotado pero hay muchos set de sellos con la temática de café y té que pueden probar.

For creating this card, I chose a piece of white cardstock. First, I stamped my sentiment from the main kit on a piece of masking paper and cut it in a small square. Then, I placed it in the center of the card. I used a transparent grid to help me to line up this piece. I made my own transparent grid with a piece of acetate but you can get it HERE. 

Para crear esta tarjeta, elegí una cartulina blanca. Primero, estampé mi frase del kit en un trozo de papel de enmascarar y lo recorté en forma de cuadrado pequeño. Entonces, posicioné este trozo en el centro de la tarjeta. Para alinear este papel, utilicé una cuadrícula transparente que hice con acetato pero que pueden encontrar AQUÍ. 

I started stamping my images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink which is an alcohol-friendly ink. I used the mugs and the cups stamps from the main kit and stamped here and there on my panel until I completed filling the whole panel but without overlapping the images. When I finished stamping, I colored the images with my alcohol markers - Winsor & Newton ProMarkers and BrushMarkers. Then, I wanted to do some stamping on the background. So, I stamped the little images from the set with Hero Arts dye inks - mulled wine, pumpkin pie, just rust, cup o'joe and butter bar. One of these images was a tiny heart that I colored with a pale pink (alcohol marker). 

Comencé estampando las imágenes con la tinta Memento Tuxedo Black que es una tinta especial para colorear con los rotuladores de alcohol. Utilicé los sellos del kit principal, las tazas y los tazones y las estampé de manera coordinada para que no se solaparan unas con otras. Cuando terminé de estampar, coloré las imágenes con mis rotuladores de alcohol - Winsor & Newton ProMarkers and BrushMarkers. Luego quise estampar algo en el fondo también, así que estampé las imágenes más pequeñas que venían en el kit con algunas tintas Hero Arts - mulled wine, orange soda, pumpkin pie, just rust y butter bar. Una de estas imágenes era un corazón pequeño que coloreé con un color rosa pálido (rotulador de alcohol). 

After that, I removed the masking paper from the center of my card. I colored a square with thin lines with a black pen where the masking paper was and used a ruler in order not to mess up the design at this point. Then, I stamped some coffee designs that were included in the kit with Versamark ink. Now, as I could see the designs, I used the Lacquer Pen to trace these designs and also, I added other details to other images. Later, I added some white puff embossing powder and dried it with my heat gun. 

Después quité el papel de enmascarar del centro de la tarjeta. Pinté un cuadrado con líneas finas con un rotulador negro donde estaba el papel de enmascarar y utilicé una regla para no arruinar el diseño en este punto de creación. Entonces estampé algunos diseños para el café que estaban incluidos en el kit con la tinta Versamark. Ahora como podía ver los diseños, utilicé el pegamento dimensional (Lacquer Pen) para trazar estos diseños, y también, añadí otros detalles a otras imágenes. Luego añadí polvos de embossing white puff y los sequé con la pistola de calor o embossing. 

Finally, I traced the square that I made previously in the center with an embossing pen and stamped the sentiment in the center of this square with Versafine Onyx Black ink. Then, I added some ultra fine embossing powders and heat set it. 

Finalmente, tracé el cuadradado que hice anteriormente en el centro con el rotulador embossing y estampé la frase en el centro de este cuadrado con la tinta Versafine Onyx black.  Entonces añadí los polvos de embossing claros y, utilicé la pistola de calor o embossing para secarlos.

I also added some shimmer to the images with my NUVO shimmer pen and filled some areas with the Lacquer Pen and Glossy Accents. 

Añadí brillo a las imágenes con el rotulador de purpurina NUVO y rellené algunas áreas de las imágenes con el pegamento dimensional y el Glossy Accents. 

For finishing this card, I trimmed 1/8 inch each of the sides.  I added a piece of craft foam on the back of the panel and added on a 4 1/4 x 5 1/5 black notecard. 

Para finalizar esta tarjeta, recorté cada uno de los lados 1/8 pulgadas. Añadí una pieza de goma eva o foamy negro en la parte trasera del panel principal y añadí la pieza entera en una base de tarjeta negra de 4 1/4 por 5 1/5 pulgadas.

For Americans, I highly recommend the Wagner heat tool from Hero Arts. I cannot use this tool because I live outside of the States and this tool cannot be used internationally due to the electrician requirements that are not the same for all the continents. No possible for use with outlet adapters.

I use Artemio heat gun (available in Europe only).

Para los americanos, recomiendo la pistola de embossing de Hero Arts - Wagner. No puedo utilizar esta herramienta porque vivo fuera de los EEUU y es incompatible debido a los requisitos eléctricos que no son iguales para todos los continentes. Tampoco es posible utilizarse con un adaptador. 

Utilizo la pistola de calor de Artemio (disponible solo para Europa)
